OTHER INFORMATION

Head Coach - Jason Garrett, 5th year
Formally named as the Cowboys 8th HC, he is the first former Cowboys player to become the HC. Garrett led the team to a 5-3 record as an interim HC to close out 2010. He had been the OC since 2007 with 2nd, 13th, 2nd and 10th finishes.
Quarterbacks - Wade Wilson, 5th year
A 19 year QB, Wilson was the QB coach for DAL from 2000-‘02 working with Troy Aikman. He sat out 2003 then worked at CHI as their QB coach from 2004-‘06 working with Rex Grossman and Kyle Orton. He rejoined DAL in 2007 as the QB coach and the Cowboys have had twenty-seven 300 yd passing games since.
Running Backs - Skip Peete, 5th year
After serving as the Raiders RB coach for 9 years (1998-‘06), Peete joined DAL in 2007 in the same role. Since then the Cowboys have avg’d 115 ypg rushing (4.4) with nine 100 yd rushing performances.
Asst. HC/Wide Receivers - Jimmy Robinson, 1st year
After winning SB XLV, Robinson comes over after being the Packers WR coach for 5 years. GB had thirty-seven 100 yd receiving efforts in his tenure. Prior to joining GB, Robinson was NO’s WR coach (2004-‘05).
Offensive Line - Hudson Houck, 4th year
Houck was the OL coach here from 1993-2001 (203 sacks allowed) and returned to DAL in 2008 after spending 2005-07 as the Dolphins OL coach. DAL has given up 96 sacks in his 2nd stint with the team or 1 for every 17.4 pass attempts.
Defensive Coordinator - Rob Ryan, 1st year
A career DC, Ryan has 10 years of NFL experience in that role between NE (1997-‘99), OAK (2004-‘08) and CLE (2009-‘10). He is best known for running a very aggressive 3-4 style with an emphasis on pass rushing. In CLE his defenses allowed 389 and 351 total ypg, 23.4 and 20.8 ppg with 40 and 29 sacks earned.
Defensive Line - Brian Baker, 1st year
Baker was the CAR DL coach for 2009-‘10 on a D which earned 31 and 33 sks respectively finishing 22nd and 23rd in rush defense. In 2006-‘08 he was the Rams DL coach (34, 31, 30 sks) with rush defense tallies of #23, #21 and #28. Prior to that he worked with the Vikings as their DL and LB coach.
Linebackers - Matt Eberflus, 1st year
Having spent 2009-‘10 with CLE as their LB’s coach, Eberflus was picked by Ryan to head up his LB unit here. In 2009 his LB’s had 24.5 of CLE’s 40 sacks and despite injuries in 2010 had 18 of their 29 sacks. He was University of Missouri’s DC from 2001-’08.
Secondary Coach - Dave Campo, 4th year
Campo was the Cowboys secondary coach from 1989-1994 before being promoted to DC for 1995-‘99. In 2000 he was named HC with a 15-33 record before being dismissed. He was with CLE as their DC in 2003-‘04 before joining JAX as their secondary coach in 2005-‘07. In 2008 Campo returned to DAL where they have finished 5th, 20th and 26th in pass defense each year.
Special Teams Coach - Joe DeCamillis, 3rd year
DeCamillas has been a special teams coach since 1988 with DEN (1988-‘92), NYG (1993- ‘96), ATL (1997-2006) and JAX (2007-‘08). He joined the Cowboys in 2009 and DAL has finished 4th and 5th in our special teams rankings the L2Y.
